3T/24hrs Lead oxide ball mill machine of battery making
Feature:
a) It has rise pipe at oxide discharging ports and fitted with return screw; course oxide and lead balls can be push back into drum, preventing lead ball from going into bag house. Its easy to get oxide with lower apparent density.
b) The oxide ball drum is use the rolling bearing type. Its easy to maintain.
c) Real-time monitoring and adjustment to all process parameters via touch operation panel and PLC. To be ensure the process parameters to be kept within the preset range as well as keeping oxide mill running stably.
d) The temperature is controlled by many temperature measure points inside the drum. When actual temperature at one point exceeds target value, water cooling system will activate automatically. The cooling time of which is controlled automatically so to keep the inner temperature within the present range.
e) The lead granulate are directly fed to main drum from the granulate silo, the feeding machine adjusts feed rate continuously according to power duty of main motor, ensuring even continuous charging of lead granulate and discharging of oxide.
