The whole line is made up of extruder, machine head, cooling tank, heating equipment, two embossed rollers , heating treatment, winder and pneumatic shuttle.
Special designed screw for the extruder, Adjustable mould mouth makes it easy to change the size. Because of the reasonable structure, the pp strapping band making machine has such strong points which are high yielding, good plasticizing, easy operation, and easy examination. At the same time each technical items do reach the advanced level. Screw and the barrel of screw are made of alloy steel and nitrogen treating, long time to use and good resistance. And the cooling system uses stainess steel water sink. This kind of production line has automatic equipment for controlling the temperature, low power spending and save inventors cost.
