The lead melting pot is heated by electricity, and the temperature is auto-controlled and with a large adjustable range, the pot is insulated by light refractories.
The nozzle and mould is heated with heating elements, and their temperatures are digital controlled and displayed, it will alarm if the temperature is too high.
Circulating cooling water flow through the cooling system in the mould, the temperature of the mould is auto-controlled and adjustable.
The mould is made of alloy with high strength and hardness to guarantee molding; the interlock safety devices is used to ensure safe production, the working cycle of mould closing, pressing, opening and ejecting is completed automatically.
The touch screen and PLC are used to make programmable control for the machine, the actual processing data are displayed on the monitor. It has manual, automatic, fully automatic control functions, and features dynamic demonstration and digital setting for the process parameters, it is convenient for the operators to understand the operation process clearly.
