Double side grid pasting equipment for Lead Acid Battery Make
The double sided paster, developed by our company with our own IPR, is the first of its kind in China. Owing to its good double side effects, the machine has become key equipment for VRLA makers.
The advantage of double- side pasting over single-side pasting:
----no grid wires exposure, therefore, less grid corrosion
----same amount of paste on both sides, hence no deformation in and less active material shedding in formation
----controlled paste feeding, plate weight and thickness more accurate and uniform
----less pressure to grids, as a result, less grid deforming and grid blockage
----improved mechanism and imported key parts assured working stability and low brake-downs
----accurate paste feeding, saving 300Kg paste daily compared with single side pasting
