The raw materials for the equipment are sawdust, wood shavings, rice hull, crop straw, etc. After processing by the crusher, they can turn into new energy the machine made charcoal.
The charcoal machine is made up by bar fuel forming machine and charring furnace. For the large raw materials, you should install a pulverizer. For raw materials with big moisture content, you need to install a drier. The equipments crush the raw materials into granules within 10mm , dry them to make the moisture content within 12, put them into the bar fuel forming machine and mould them by high temperature and high pressure and then put them into the charring furnace carbonizing ,thus the charcoal is produced.
